TRE-Life trainers become certified mental health first-aiders Last week [15 March] the team got together at Seaton Community hub to learn how to spot and support potential mental health issues amongst clients. The one-day course helps learners to gain valuable experience and insight in understanding the signs of mental health conditions and covers the effects
