Journey Call

TRE-Life was delighted to be involved, as part of the delivery team, for the Customer Service Call Centre Academy held at Dundee and Angus College in Arbroath. The aim of the Academy was to recruit participants, provide employability training whereby participants successful completing the course would receive a guaranteed interview with Journeycall Limited.

Margaret, from TRE-Life, delivered 4 modules, Perceptions and Barriers – Motivational Change; Strategies for learning, behaviour, and reactions; Work Ethics and Building Effective Working Relationships. “I was delighted to meet the course participants and see their confidence develop over the course. I thoroughly enjoyed our group training sessions, according to the excellent feedback, the participants did too.”

The Academy was a great success as every participant that applied received an offer of employment. The picture shows Brodie, Damian, Nancy, Kyle, and Fiona at the awards ceremony, although it was unfortunate a few participants could not attend.
